Blake Shelton

As always Blake is awesome. He was funny and very entertaining, and tall and cute and oh yeah sexy . I was lucky enough to get to have a meet and greet with him and he is so nice and sweet and funny,and he even remembered that i met him before.

Yeah, first up for the fan club line (Thanks to Monica - Northern Doll) First thing, I walked up and asked him for a Twittergraph. He laughed and said the famous phrase. (I think) What are you talkin about. Then, he took his poster that I had bought at the merch table, and he asked (Kevin I think, but it was all a blur - and boy is Kevin a cutie!!) are these new? Blake hadn't seen them before - lookie there - pulling out new merchandise for little ole Monroe WA! He asked my name, wrote it out, and then asked there was another e in Pearl Then it was time for our pic, and it surprised me when he squeezed me in tight for a great pose! (I hope) Then, thanks to Lisa sending me this: http://yfrog.com/7g5b5dj I told him I brought him a gift. And, Lisa, I really did intend to say it was from both of us, but the moment passed too quickly, and it didn't happen. He laughed, and for the life of me, I couldn't remember exactly what he said, but Monica says he said Screw them to Kevin. He got a kick out of it. Then, thanks to Lisa prodding about asking for a hug, I DID, and boy was that nice! Darn if I cant remember looking into those eyes again, but I remember I was looking straight at him when I walked up and asked for my twittergraph!

So, before the show, I was talking to the DJ Tony Thomas from KMPS (his twitter is @tonythomas) I had to introduce myself as the person they had given the Dallas trip to to go meet Blake in June. And because I twittered him and texted him like mad after, he remembered me. I told him it was all his fault I am now Blake obsessed! We chatted for a minute, and I showed him the PETA hat in the pic above, and apparently, I told him I was going to ask for a twittergraph. I was talking to him again after the show, and apparently, he asked Blake how he liked the hat, and if I had asked for the twittergraph. How do you like that? Blake and Tony talking about me

I had never noticed that the stage at this fair was recessed cause I've always sat in the grandstands. It is even with the floor seats. Blake coulda walked off stage directly in to my seat! So, my 5th row seats that were on the end of the stage sucked! So, we noticed early on there were 2 seats in the front row unoccupied. Still at the far side of the stage. One of the seats was right behind the flag pole, so I was straddling the pole. I swear Blake looked over at me once with a 'that's strange' look! :) So, sat there for 2 songs. Then, I thought I would go to the middle of the stage to get a pic. There was Peachy12 with her hubby and an empty seat the 3rd seat in from the aisle, So, lo and behold, here I was in the front row 3rd seat! And there I stayed. Much better! And, boy was it awesome!! I'm sure Blake and I had moments looking into each others eyes! Some of my pics look like it!!

So, after the show, they had thrown about 5 ot 6 guitar pics at us leftover from what wasn't used, but they landed on the other side of the fence. Peachy12's hubby was nice enough to reach over and get 3 of them. One for me. That was so nice of them. Thank You guys. Pretty blue.
