Thanks for posting! Your job won't be left unnoticed and unappreciated. It helps me understand much in this sphere. I like the intelligible way you present information so that it became comprehensible, transparent and accessible for ordinary people as I am. Well done!

oh, that's niiiice! UGH! I am not upset I didn't win, just hate when people try and make people feel sorry for them so they can win something!! We all have been through crap, but I'm not going to tell my life story and hope someone feels sorry enough for me to let me win tickets. CRAP. :)

winners got emails

Did anyone win the tickets?

ANYONE KNOW WHO THE WINNER IS???

I think I should win a free pair of Blake tickets at the Opry because I can't afford to go otherwise. I went to his show at the Ryman, and I paid for the tickets, hotel, food, etc. I'm not complaining, but a night out to Nashville can get pretty expensive for me. Also, I'm a school teacher and a busy mom of three. I really need a night out to see my favorite performer whom I follow on Twitter and Facebook. If chosen, I would have to leave right after school at 3pm today to make it in time. Am I too late??

i would love to win the tickets. you remind me of my late husband. you look like him and have the same kinda tude. he passed away a year ago and when we moved to al from fl he told me he would take me to see you. my daughter would like it too, she thinks its time for me to smile.

Giggling after I read comments I began to think of my divorce from an abusive 21+yrs marriage, coming from a young life of being too broke to pay attention from my true story. Growing up singing since age 6 w/ two sisters, as teens we had to hide from our Preacher Papaw singing music outside of church. Instead I want to tell about life now.

While living out of USA for 10yrs, my daughter was exposed to many cultures & styles in other countries but not her own during those very formative years. Her singing talents emerged & caught me unaware. A parent from the International School asked me where/when she got voice lessons. I told them she had never had any. They insisted I was less than honest. She was in 8th grade. That wk. at a school talent show I knew she was to perform, but NO idea what the talent was. She said it was a surprise.{*HEY! She played a harmonica in 1st grade!}
Curtains opened to silhouette of a lady, hair swept up, sleek black eve gown, long gloves with a deep, sexy, accomplished voice holding a mic with one hand, making love to the baby grand while belting out Etta James "At Last" with a sultry Diana Krall voice! I didn't recognize my own daughter!
She was asked by the Army to sing for the American Ball during the Flag color presentation & for evening of Jazz music. At 19, she's proven to be above expectations from Jazz to Opera! She won a few coveted awards given to precious elite.
Intl' teachers contact me via Facebook wanting to know when they will see her on Am. Idol. Not going to happen.

A couple yrs ago I had an auto accident & nearly met my demise. One dark starless night when I met a black cow coming towards me on my side of a US Highway that left me permanently disabled & crippled for life and filled with titanium ~ After I was air lifted to a San Antonio Army Hosp, my daughter of 17 came to my side, sleeping on a cot in hospital for 2 months. She took excellent care of me during her Senior yr in lieu of Socializing outside of Choir & Drama! She has done nothing but work hard since my accident and rarely takes time off for fun. Since the divorce there's not money to do much else.
It's my burning desire for her to be genuinely exposed to hearing Country Music & possibly love the Music as I always have. What better way than the Opry with its finest for this awesome event! After circling the globe many times what a SWEET way to experience the heart of our own country, with Blake!

Soon she will get a break from Pre-Med classes & her part time job at Starbucks's for a bit of time with me, unlike this time last year when she was at Disney for the College Program. Could you please select my daughter to see The Opry & know a part of American Country Music History & experience the importance as some are privileged to experience every day? This old broken down Mom would be forever grateful to have time with her wonderful daughter & see Blake Shelton perform for a Mother's Day gift! Can you help? ;-)

Tomorrow is my Birthday........I started celebrating this wk end..I call it Mel-a-palooza! (Im too special to just celebrate only one day!) I too saw Craig in Cinnci last nite, and he was nuttin less than AWESOME....but to see you on my actual birthday would make it truley AWESOME!!! I saw yall both together(along w/ Bucky) @ CM's charity event last yr.
I NEED these tickets....mainly because I WANT THEM!!!!! Im an avid hunter and my favorite color is CAMO! Also I want to hear you give jewel a hard time and see if u will really BEHAVE on stage @ the opry! I just went and voted several times for ur HillBilly Bone on CMT!!
SO U OWE ME!!!!! LOL

These tickets would be a great suprise for my husband. We love Blake's music, and we love to watch the hunting show he's on. If I ever win lottery or get rich I would love to purchase a weekend for my husband, 8 year old son, and myself to hang out with Blake, Miranda, and Michael Waddell and family. They are all so down to earth and look like so much fun. My husband actually ran into Blake at our local Walmart (Madill, OK) and chatted about hunting, I said you should have offered for him to come hunting some time. Would make a great mini vacation!!!

niiiiice, wish I would have thought of that :(

I 've got the basics covered like “I’m a huge fan”, "I have been through alot", "I love your tweets", and, “I love you, but I’m broke….” BLAH BLAH BLAH :) BUT besides that, I swear not to talk during any performance (this is hard as I do have a big mouht), I’m of legal age to drink and plan to do so before so I will be stimulating the local economy in Nashville. Please keep in mind I am not above bribery, so with that said do any of you judges want some whiskey? Not to mention that

1. My boyfriend LOVES to watch Blake on those damn hunting shows even though I really think he just enjoys watching Miranda Lambert...

2. We live together and have five kids, yes FIVE kids (mine + his) and boy do I look forward to a night in Nashville for some alone time (more like a night staring at Blake but shhh let's not tell him I said that ;)

3. I would say I would show you my ( o )( o )'s BUT as I am a mother, those days are long gone! BUT, I know I could find 25 girls who would do it on my behalf so I could win the tickets... does that count? I am sure Blake would be ok with this.

Enough of the BS I just want the dang tickets! I love Blake's music, I love and appreciate country music, and as much as I hope my music will one day land me on the Opry stage.. I can settle for listening to the one of the best, and last but not least.. I would love the finally be able to say I friggin won something..and I have a REALLY CUTE DRESS to wear :)

Fingers crossed, pamela.

BS' other gf <3 Far away, in a rural boring land there was a girl named Toni, She has 18 kids and lives in a shoe, she never has time to herself, and no hubby to Boot!! ;) LMAO and thats PURE BS!! However I am a recently divorced(after 18 yrs) woman and mother of two amazing teen agers who keep her busy, in need of some good adult time away from the daily grind of runnin a 13 year old all over the country side for track meets, club volleyball, and Softball. I love Nashville, took the kiddos there for our first Christmas of not being a whole family. Unfortunately there wasnt anything going on at the Opry at that time...I did warn the kids however if we saw Blake and Miranda I was soooo kickin her butt and bringin them home a new daddy!!! lmao PLEASE Pick me and I promise Ill spare Miranda this time!!! haha

I would like to win the tickets for my best friend who is a teacher in Nashville. We are both fans of your music and sense of humor! Laura Bell Bundy"s album is so good I need these tickets a and toasted cat liter sandwich....eh lol

Well, my husband and I celebrated our 5th Anniv. Last Oct. 8th. We had planned on our honeymoon to take a trip to Italy on our 5th year. Well, it came and went and no trip to Italy. He would love the concert more and me too. We have always loved Blake's music and at a recent family year reunion of a 40 year separation, I found out that Blake Shelton is distantly related to my grandmother Effie Mae Shelton Matthews. I dont know how yet but we are all in the works to find out.

I went to see Blake in Tunica last year with my boyfriend of 3 years. He didn't know much about Blake and i got him hooked. We went to see the concert together early last year and broke up in September of last year. Until recently it was hard for me to even listen to anything but the current CD. baby steps and i finally got to where i could listen to 100 miles or Austin. If you had asked me to go to a Blake concert a month ago, as much as i adore the man i wouldn't have gone, i couldn't have gone. My 6 year old son LOVES the song Hillbilly Bone and i would love nothing more than to make new memories with me him and Blake. Im not sure how easy it will be to hear those songs live again but i think its the perfect opportunity to find out. So i would like the tickets for me and for my son, what better place than Blake at the Opry for your first concert and what better way to move forward than with my favorite little guy.

Only ONE reason why........I'VE GOT HILLBILLY BONES!!

Why do I deserve the tickets? It's fate. Too many events have led to this connection. In 2001, I was arrested in AUSTIN for inciting a riot when I accidently stumbled into a PETA rally carrying a plate of short ribs. In 2003, I passed out at a college party and woke in the morning with a pacifier in my mouth, wearing a diaper, earning the nickname THE BABY. In 2004, I again woke up in a diaper on SOME BEACH, somewhere in Mexico. In 2008, I was sent HOME from a Michael Buble concert when nobody else found his last name's resemblance to another word relating to the female anatomy as funny as I did. In 2009, I was sued for killing a woman's prize potbellied pig. SHE WOULDN'T BE GONE if I hadn't gotten hungry, but the apology was ill-received. And in an ATV accident just 2 months ago, I actually broke my HILLBILLY BONE in three places. The doctor prescribed a six pack of beer and a Blake Shelton concert...

I'm a huge fan of Blake's. The first song I remember ever hearing by him was ps: this is austin. My grandson tells his mom to turn down some beach because its a bad word song. I have the joy of seeing my grand babies grow up. In sept 2004 I had a heart attack. My daughter was pregnant with my grandson. They gave me 18 to 24 months to live without a heart transplant. I am on the list and have been. My heart is just pumping 15 to 20% of what it should be. I have a strong will to live. I'm country till the day I die. I told my daughter I wanted to go to the grand ole opry so here is a wonderful chance for me to go & to see Blake Shelton (she would be JEALOUS -id take her too).It would be a dream and blessing come true. He has tweeted me a few times on twitter in the past when he was on a lot before he broke his addiction. I liked reading his tweets. When I was having a really bad and depressing day I knew he could cheer me up or least put a smile on my face. So you can help cheer me up & put a even bigger smile on my face and tell me that I've WON :D Thanks, Mary Sue

I would like to win these tickets so i could go with my daughter, Because my daughter is now 13 and due to me having heart problems starting when she was a baby, I was forced to miss out on doing so much with her and my son. My kids mean the world to me and i want to make it up to them for all those years i was sick and unable to get out of bed and be a real mommy. I am now 31 yrs old and have had 3 heart procedures and a pacemaker implanted and i am so thankful for my life everyday. I am the hugest Blake Shelton fan and to be able to see him live would mean so much to me. Thank you for taking the time to read.

I want the tickets because it would be the perfect way to celebrate the end of my freshman year at Vanderbilt! After spending two semesters working way to hard at school this would be a perfect night off. Plus all my friends in Oklahoma would be Jealous! I have loved him since the beginning and seeing him at the Opry would so amazing!

Blake,
I think I should win these tixs b/c last night I was at the Craig Morgan/Carrie Underwood concert in Cincinnati & Craig was talking shit about ya. He said his music was so much better! Can you believe that? I don't think it's true, but I would have to see you in person to know for sure:). (Craig was of course, just talking smack, but it made for a funny prelude)

btw, my husband wants to meet ya too. He wants to go hunting with you and Lee!

Please pick me

I think I should win these tickets. Blake has wrote me 3 times on twitter. Just to see him one time in concert and at the Opry would make my day. Please pick me.

I would like to win these tickets for my adopted daughter Jessica (OK, I'm lying, I want to go too.) She's 19. Last year was our first trip to Nashville, something I have wanted to do since I could turn on a radio. My best friend moved to Franklin, KY about 15 yrs. ago and that was our first visit down there. My friend's husband & I are aspiring songwriters, LOVE country music. My daughter has been through a lot. She was a fetal alcohol baby and has a lot of learning disabilities -- can't read yet, but socially very intelligent. Real mom deserted her, dad raised her but he was a senior citizen when he died a few years ago from kidney failure. She was very much neglected in her life. We met her on our church bus route...before we knew it she was living with us. My daughter has been through SO much in her life. We walked around Nashville last year and it was thrilling, but we didn't have enough money to even go into the Opry for a tour or a show. So...this would be awesome because we could finally go inside and I could visit my friends. We love Blake's music & watch him on hunting shows too. Thanks so much for listening.

I would love to win the tickets to Blake Shelton's show tomorrow night. I've never been to the Grand Ole Opry & I have never had a chance to go to a Blake Shelton concert. This would be a great opportunity to experience both in one night!! But even if I do not win, good luck tomorrow night!!!

Here's why I should win because I follow your TWEETS!!! :) You make your fans laugh when one may be having a bad day. AND...may daddy use to be Miranda's bus driver back in Lindale. hehe

:)

I should win because all my friends are tired of me playing Hillbilly Bone on the juke box and attempting to sing along!! But, hey, now they know all the words!!

The reason I should win these tickets is a good one, I promise! I was married to a very controlling and abusive man for 17 years and he hated country music (which meant I couldn't listen to it). I finally got the courage to stand up for myself and leave him. One of the first things I did was buy an iPod and start listening to country music again. The VERY FIRST concert I went to after I left him was on 4/20/08 to the very first Cause for the Paws Concert w/Miranda Lambert and Blake was there! I took so many pictures and had the time of my life. My favorite picture is one of Blake when he is looking right at my camera. Anyway, that the first of many concerts for me. I've loved Blake's music for years (yes, when he had the mullet) and this would be a dream come true for me. I'm just a Texas girl who loves her country music...

OK Blake the reason why this Old guy should the tickets is im broke....Old truck has alternator broke down...I got case of damn shingles so im hurting and i need a big brake from life lol....So how can u help me get there if i did win hahahaaZ

I would love to win these tickets! Today is a huge birthday for me and I can't think of a better present than seeing Blake in concert! He is one of my favorite all time singers! I love his music and love his personality and sense of humor! I am a single mom of 3 girls who seriously needs a night out! Thanks
