I hit the contact link at the bottom of the page and wrote in plus I also got on the forums and there is a topic about presales. I think I ended up getting in touch with one of the site administrators that way. I'm honestly not sure which one worked because I tried various routes to get in touch with someone.

how did you get the presale code

I was told you can't get your passcode for presales for something like 2 business days after joining. I didn't see that anywhere when I joined but apparently it's posted somewhere. I ended up contacting the people who maintain the website and they gave it to me. Good luck.

Yes, I've been on the website since 9:30, refreshing the pages, checking private messages, checking the tour page, checking the exclusive news page...everything it said to check. nothing yet! I joined the fan club specifically so I could get in on the presale! This is so frustrating!

THe customer servcice was right there to help me. I think I accidently paid fan club dues twice but hopefully they can just extend my membership a year, if that is what happend. It was such a hassle to get back on the site and I was so frustrated. But the person in customer service at Team BS helped me a a whoooooooole bunch.

We have been Emailing and contacting everyone that has had an issue with their memberships. Redemption codes seem to be getting stuck in spam filters, but we are taking care of it. Please send any fans to us if they're having troubles, and we'll make sure they're taken care of.
