I don't know if you've already been able to find what you needed. Sorry it took me so long to respond. I've mostly gone to the message board but haven't come over to this site very often.
Anyway, about the password, do you mean your BSer password or the presale code? (I saw you had sent a couple of messages about the presale code). If you need your BSer password again, send a message to Team BS with your username. If you need the presale code, I believe Carol has it. Team BS can get you in touch with her as well.
