Aim icons
To save an icon, right-click (windows) or control-click (MAC) and select "save image as..."
Wallpapers
To save wallpapers, click to open in new window. Then right-click or control-click on the image and select "Save image". You may also have a "Set as desktop" option, which will instantly make the image your computer's wallpaper.
MySpace avatars
To save an icon, right-click (windows) or control-click (MAC) and select "save image as..."
