Leukemia & Lymphoma's "Light the Night" walks
These walks are already underway in some states. I am the captain of one in OKC. If you are interested in
participating and need more information, feel free to contact me at Carolprez@cableone.net
Be sure to tell me your state and I will give you the information you need to get set up. We just got the
list of incentives for participation and they are:
$25. Lighted Balloon
$50. Blake Shelton Guitar Pick
$100. "Light the Night" shirt and an autographed photo of Blake
$250. "Country Faces Cancer" shirt & personal "Thank You" tweet from Blake
$500. M&G with Blake the next time you are at a show.
$1,000. Phone call from Blake.
Top Walker in Nation: 4 tickets/ sound check/ M&G

There are 10 walks in Texas in October and one in November....but didn't see Amarillo on the list.

There are none in North Dakota....I'm surprised! And, the only one I see in Minnesota is St. Paul on Oct. 3.

Have a great walk we checked out if any in our area but could not find any. But at Burlington Coats they have balloons for the cause. I think to donate $1.00 we have been there twice.....

The walk I am heading for Blake's team is in OKC this Saturday. I had hoped more of you would sign up in your own
areas, but I haven't heard from many who are actually doing that. Even if all you do this year is walk and watch so
you'd get ideas for the coming year, that would be great. Also, there are some great prizes available....including tweets
and phone calls from Blake, t-shirts, and concert tickets/M&Gs. There isn't a lot of competition this year....would be
