Meet & Greet sign up rules
I was under the assumption that once the "Meet and Greet Closed' is placed next to the tour date, the M&G is closed. After PMing Team BS with a question this morning, apparently this is not true. According to them, they have put "tons" of names on M&G lists after they have closed (if there are available spots). I recall seeing nowhere that you could apply for a M&G once it has closed, much less the process of doing so. Am I the only one who didn't know this and I wonder how many BSer's have lost out on M&G's because they did not know this either? If this is the case, why bother putting up "Meet and Greet Closed"? Why would we assume there are spots available when so many requests have been turned down.....and the M&G is "closed"?
That is upsetting that people could unkowingly miss out, Roline. I thought you were supposed to get in in between the first and fourteenth or fifteeth. Do you know who emailed you? eta: I had emailed and I got the answer just now that we will hopefully hear about July late this week or early next, fyi for those who are waiting!
To be safe, you should request in the first two weeks as directed. Team BS realizes that sometimes you
don't know until later that you are going to a show so if passes remain
and you send an email after that, you could receive one....but first priority will go to those who
request in the time frame required. It is a fair way of doing things without leaving any fan club
passes going to waste.

I sent an email questioning the possibility about 5 days before the show last week. They (Willow, Carrie was on vacation) were super accommodating. I just did it in case there was a shot, and all 6 of us got to go backstage. It was the smallest M&G I may have ever been to- maybe 30-35 people...
I sent the email on the off shot, never thinking they'd have room!
If they left the drop down up until the very last M&G was gone, there is a good possibility that it goes over the limit. Maybe if there is a way the "ticker" refreshes each time one is used up, that might be an idea.
This is the first fan club I have ever joined. I am interested in the Meet & Greet. When you sign up for one, do you at least get 2 passes? I would hate to leave my husband outside while I get to meet Blake. Besides meeting Blake, does anything else go on? Thanks for any information you can pass on.

This should help. Only one M&G per fan club member per show, with (up to) 3 M&G's per year.

Yea, you only get 1 pass. If you want your hubby to go back with you, you need to sign him up to become a bser. I signed my hubby up so he could go to the fan club party and get vip.

At the meet & greets does Blake sign anything for you that you bring? Also can we take any pictures?
You can have one thing signed and your pic is taken by Kevin (Blake's road manager). No pics at the M&G (flash problems,etc.)

When you sign up for a MG it's only for the fan club member, to my knowledge that has not been changed, and guests are not allowed. Good Luck! Have fun! Be sure to bring something for Blake to sign!
I already bought my tickets for the Omaha,Nebraska show...but how do you OR where do you go to get the MEET and GREET tickets??? Please advise, I'm just not sure where to go to sign up or what to do?!?! Thank you very much...any info will be very welcome.
I am a fan club member( a BSer) just don't know where on earth to go to get signed up for MEET and GREEt. Are you suppose to get them right after you purchase your tickets???? Please let me know , thank you
Go to the tour page and look for the show you're going to. There should be a place that says "request meet & greet" or something similar. If it says "meet & greet closed" you could email the fan club and ask if they have any passes left. If they don't they might put your name on a will call list incase someone cancels their meet & greet.

The meet and greet for that show is closed so email Team BS bserfanclub@gmail.com. If they have a spot they may still give it to you. Who knows? One show had only 1 request and others have a wait list!
