Any other AJ fans? Anyone ever meet him? If so, please share stories and pictures! Is he as humble in person as he appears to be? He just seems to have this aura of cool that surrounds him. And some of my favorite songs have been penned by him. I've been a fan for quite some time, but I've never met him. I hope someday I get the chance. Two years ago at Fan Fair, my best friend and I did have an encounter with him that really made our trip. We were in his photo line, right up against the stage. When we finally worked our way in front of him, we started "making some noise" and dancing during "5 o'clock somewhere" and he smiled, tipped his hat, and pointed at us! We were absolutely thrilled! In fact my friend was moved to tears from that little gesture! She'd REALLY be a mess if she ever met him. Last year, his wife Denise was signing her book at the Convention Center, and I wanted to go, but had tickets for a party that I really wanted to attend...I debated back and forth and finally decided to go to the party. Well, turns out Alan was there with her signing, too! Just my luck! I've been kicking myself every since.

I am definitely an Alan fan. This man has God-given talent when it comes to his songwriting. I've never met him, but my guess would be he's just as nice, humble and grounded as he appears to be. One of the best in my book. And what a nice family he and Denise have.

I am a HUGE Alan Jackson fan !!! I have seen him in concert many many times !!! I have never met him before but I did meet Denise one time at a book signing in Nashville. She is so nice !!! There were lots of people there and she signed everyones book !!! While we were there, we drove by Alan's BIG house and got out to take a few pictures and the gates started to open !!! I almost passed out !!! I thought I was going to see Alan !!! Alan's oldest daughter, Mattie, came driving into the gates and stopped and talked to us. She was very nice and I got a picture taken with her. That was a very nice surprise !!! I just wish I could meet Alan !!! I have seen him all over. I am from Springfield, Illinois but I have traveled to Las Vegas when Alan has shows there !!! I won front row seats once and got to hand him a rose and he touched my hand !!! I have a good picture of that but don't know how to post pictures on here yet. I just joined this today and it is all new to me !!! I did see Alan and Blake last Friday night in St. Louis, Missouri. I wont a meet and greet fromt he radio station right before the show so I got to meet Blake. It was a great experience !!! He really seems to enjoy his fans. He put on a good show too !!! Blake is now #2 on my list !!! Alan will always be #1 !!!!

I can never decide who I like better Alan Jackson or George Strait.....They are both great....I saw Alan in concert in Peoria, IL in 1991?

My first country concert ever and it was great!
