Blake and Aaron all in one trip! That's hard to beat. As soon as I find out Aaron's schedule, we'll be able to plan better. Shouldn't be too long before we know for sure what Aaron has up his sleeve for that week. It's gonna be goooooood!

Aaron's latest venture is his new CD titled "In Overdrive". It's a collection of "trucker" songs. You can hear a preview at www.aarontippin.com He does a really good job on them. He is also very loyal to his country and our service men and women. He does a 2 week stint every year in either Iraq or Afghanistan. I not only love his music, but also his respect and appreciation for his country and his fans.

I just realized this thread doesn't have pics and it should.
Thanks Renae. That was a hectic but good day. That is one of my favorite pics from that day. Having almost all your kids with you when you meet a favorite entertainer is always fun!! I think I have some more pictures on my computer but will probably need help putting them on here.

I'm also an Aaron Tippin fan-I have been for a long time, and can't wait to see him when he comes around here this summer.
Here's my favorite Aaron Tippin story. I met Aaron the first time I went to Fan Fair-in 1993, when it was still at the Fairgrounds. I came across Aaron standing at his booth one of the first days-all by himself, no one visiting him at his booth. Nearest I could figure, no one new who he was-but I'd been hooked since seeing his "You've Got to Stand for Something" video, and was not going to miss this opportunity. I stood there and chatted with him for what seemed like forever-at least 1/2 an hour-he was soooooo nice!! I took several pictures with him, which I'll hunt down and post here later this week. The next day, I walked by his booth again to see if he was there, and there was a line of people out the door to waiting to meet him. (I think he performed the day before) I felt so lucky to have had that time with him-one of my favorite Fan Fair memories.
Aaron has been one of my favorites since the early to mid 90's. Can't remember exactly when. Ever since "Honkey Tonk Superman" how ever long that's been. In the past few years I have been fortunate enough to be able to meet him several times at concerts and on business matters. I have contacted him and he will be at Fan Fair but as of yet I'm not sure when. Will be contacting him again in the next few days to firm up plans to see him then. We see him every chance we get!

I don't have a snapfish account so I couldn't see your pics. Hate that! Hope you had a great time. He doesn't have anything close to OK showing up on his tour schedule. Maybe he will add an OK show. I need an Aaron fix!

Aaron will be in Seminole OK on 9/19. I will be coming in from Florida that day. My daughter is picking me up at the airport and then we are going straight to Seminole. Makes for a long day, but worth it!

Aaron was great on Saturday. Got a chance to talk with him before the show and again at the end of the show. My daughter and I shared a little refreshment and some good down to earth conversation with him on the bus after the show. He was his usual adorable, funny, and congenial self! Will see him again as soon as he comes close to Oklahoma again!

I saw Aaron a couple years ago..What a show!!! I won Prime Seats and we were taken back to his bus and met him..What a great guy!!! I have been trying to get him to the Northeast for some time but have'nt had any luck...
