Blake Shelton

Here's Chapter One. Hope you enjoy it.

*Nan Kelley is sitting in her office listening to the new Blake Shelton CD. There is a knock on the door.*
Nan:Come in.
*Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert smile warmly at Nan when she opens the door.*
Miranda:Hey, Nan What's up?
Blake:Hey, Nan. Would you like to play cards with us? We're hanging out here because Suzanne was going to do our interview for GAC Nights.
*Miranda gives him a funny look. Nan giggles.*
Miranda:Wasn't that supposed to be next week?
Blake:I don't know. I thought it was today.
Nan:I have an idea. Let's go sit in the green room and drink some coffee.
Blake:Sounds like a plan to me. Let's go.
*The three friends begin walking down the long hallway. Trace Adkins begins following them.*
Miranda:Are we being followed?
Nan:Don't worry. Trace wants to have some coffee, too. Is that right, Trace?
Trace:Yeah, I guess. Do y'all know where Suzanne is right now?
Nan:I don't know. After we drink our coffee, let's go see if she's in her office.
*The arrive in the green room and drink some coffee and eat some Christmas cookies. After they are done, Nan begins leading them to Suzanne's office. They take a wrong turn and end up in a dark passageway.*
Trace:Where in the name of GAC are we?
Blake:I really don't know.
Miranda:Let's find out.
Nan:I have a bad feeling about this.
Trace:Why? It's just a dark hallway. What's wrong with that?
*Blake notices a door at the end of the hallway. He runs toward it and opens it. Suddenly, they are caught in a portal. Nan tries to scream, but only a squeak comes out. A few seconds later, they step out of the portal and end up standing in a forest of tall trees.*
Nan:Where are we? What is this place?
Trace:Man, it's freezing out here.
Miranda:I sure wish these trees had flowers on them. This place seems pretty lonely to me.
Blake:This place sucks. It's cold, it's lonely, and I'm gonna die of starvation.
Nan:I guess someone forgot to take their Happy Pills this morning.
*Suddenly a beaver approaches them.*
Miranda:Should I shoot it?
Nan:I would advise you not to do that, Miranda. It might be here to help us.
Mr Beaver:Come with me. There's no time to loose.
Nan:Sir, where are you taking us?
Mr Beaver:I'll explain later. Follow me. We're not safe here.
Miranda:Why is that?
Mr Beaver:The trees can hear you. If you're here to save Narnia, they'll tell the wolves to come after you.
Trace:Wait a minute. Let me get this straight. You're a beaver, trees here can talk, and it's freezing. This is crazy.

Wow sounds like material for quite an adventure!

Here's my summary.

Find out what happens when Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Nan Kelley and Trace Adkins enter the land of Narnia through a secret passage in the GAC studio. Will Aslan be able to assist the group in their quest? What happens when Suzanne Alexander arrives with Lady Antebellum, Sugarland, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift? Let the fight for peace and harmony begin.

Hey Jeanine feel free to express yourself! If you want to include Miranda in your stories then by all means do so, I mean after all THEY are a BIG part of each others lives. Have fun with it! I look forward to reading your stories.
